About Pinnacle Living
Is Pinnacle Living a retirement home or an assisted living facility?
Neither. Pinnacle Living is an independent living facility for adults 55 and up. We do not offer medical care and are not responsible for scheduling medical care for our residents. We do however have a 24 Hours Emergency Call System in every unit that will alert emergency response in case of an urgent medical issue.
What does a rental unit at Pinnacle Living include?
Every unit is equipped with Granite Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, White Maple Cabinets, Dishwasher & Trash Disposal, Built-in Microwave, Full-Size Washer & Dryer, Electric-Top Oven, High-Speed Internet & Cable, Balcony or Patio, Ample Closet Space, 24 Hours Emergency Call System, Lot Parking, access to all of our services and amenities, and more! Residents will need to provide their own furniture, groceries (excluding what’s provided at the complimentary continental breakfast), toiletries, kitchen equipment (utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and such), bedding, and decorations.
Is Pinnacle Living pet friendly?
Yes! While there is an additional fee to house a pet, they are welcome in our rentals! Although, we do ask that pets are not brought into communal areas where food is present out of respect for the other residents.
Are visitors allowed?
Not only are they allowed, but they’re encouraged! Bring family and friends to enjoy the available amenities and, if needed, you can even book one of our fully furnished units so they can stay the night! If you’d like to have a guest stay the night in your own unit, we do ask that you alert us to their presence ahead of time!
Is there transportation off grounds for residents who can not drive or who do not own a car?
Yes! We offer a shuttle service every Wednesday to take residents to any medical appointments that they might have. On Thursdays the shuttle visits the nearby Hannaford, Walmart, and Market Bistro so that our residents can do their grocery shopping. If transportation is necessary for another reason, our team will work with the resident to find a solution!
Are meals provided at Pinnacle Living?
While we provide a continental breakfast Monday through Saturday from 8:30am to 10:30am, the residents are responsible for their own daily meals.
Does Pinnacle Living provide maid service?
We do not have a maid service available and residents are expected to clean their own units. If a cleaning service is required, our team can provide residents with the names of independent cleaners that have been used by other residents, but their cleaning fees would be a separate charge and are not included in your rental payments.
Does my rent pay for electricity and gas?
Pinnacle Living does not pay for electric and gas. Residents will have to create an account with National Grid to cover their own monthly electric and gas expenses. Rental fees do however cover hot water, sewer, trash, cable, internet, grounds upkeep, landscaping, and snow removal.
